I am new to Insight Monitor and its like a candy shop that has opened to a child :-) As a South African with 4 decades exposure to financial investigations both public and private sector, I know that there is a justifiable concern growing amongst many in SA as to the relationship our ANC government has forged not only with Iran since 1994 but increasingly lending its open support to groups such as Hezbollah and Hamas. With SA working hard to exit the FATF Greylisting, what will our FIC do to collect financial intelligence on finances of these groups if at all potentially with political meddling. Hamas has been welcomed, flown, entertained and presented to the public specifically I suspect with full support of our security agencies. You now see Hezbollah flags being openly presented at rallies as well as flown in private properties including affluential residential areas. Not good.
