Job Opportunity: Administrative and Research Analyst

Insight Threat Intelligence is looking for an administrative and research analyst to join our team on a part-time (contract) basis.

Insight Threat Intelligence is a consulting company specializing in providing research and analysis on issues related to national and international security. Our clients include the private and public sectors, as well as international organizations. Given the nature of the work we conduct, a high level of discretion is required. A strict confidentiality agreement will be enforced.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent time management skills who is interested in our areas of expertise. All candidates must have at least an undergraduate degree in a subject relevant to Insight’s areas of expertise (for example, political science, history, economics, etc). Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees, certificates, and other relevant training.

The language of work is English, and capabilities in other languages would be an asset. Please clearly state your working level in any other language. The preferred candidate will have excellent writing, research, and communication skills.  Other skills or experience that are of interest include:

• media and/or social media experience

• digital marketing

• proposal writing

• website administration

• online course development

• graphic design

• database experience (creation or data entry)

What we can offer

A flexible schedule of 10-15 hours of work per month until December 2023 (with possibility for renewal). Dynamic responsibilities that can be tailored to your existing skills / experience, or interests. Our rate of pay for this position is CA$22 per hour.
