Brett will remain with ITI but will be more focused on specific tasks relating to his expertise in library science.I’m also happy to share that my recent article on open source financial intelligence (OSINT FININT) is out now in the Canadian Foreign Policy Journal. There are 50 free copies available at the link, and the full reference is at the footnote.1 The article situates open source financial intelligence in the broader literature on OSINT, and lays out a research agenda for pushing this intelligence discipline forward.
