White Lives Matter
White Lives Matter is a neo-Nazi network that likely originated in Texas in 2015 as a racist response to the Black Lives Matter movement. Several Canadian chapters are active in promoting white power propaganda under the White Lives Matter brand, including Canada’s founding chapter White Lives Matter Toronto and White Lives Matter Alberta. Canadian White Lives Matter chapters are known for conducting publicity stunts such as marches, banner drops, and distributing visual propaganda such as stickers. White Lives Matter Toronto has been known to join anti-2SLGBTQIA+ demonstrations, including protests against Drag Queen Story Hour events.
