Very good explanation of financial intelligence and reasons preventing making good use of it.

In your opinion, once pieces of financial intelligence have been gathered and put together, what should be the next step to make it admissible in court? In other words what techniques and procedure are needed for this step.

I think the big thing is working to an evidentiary standard from the beginning. So that means getting court orders as early as possible, parallel reconstructing the intelligence (if you can't use intelligence in court cases), and being super clear in your analysis & judgements. Avoiding things like saying that someone is "linked" to someone else (being more precise in their relationship). Those are just a few things that come to mind!
